1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RupeeMaster website, mobile applications and services (the "Platform"), RupeeMaster.com ("RupeeMaster", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About the Platform

RupeeMaster is a loan-aggregation and marketing platform that helps you discover, compare and apply for financial products offered by third-party partner lenders (banks and NBFCs). We are not a lender, banker or financial advisor, and we do not accept deposits. All lending decisions, including approval, interest rate, fees, terms and disbursal, are made solely by the relevant lender.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of India, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is true, accurate and complete.

4. Your account and obligations

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.
• You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. Loan applications and the lender relationship

When you submit an application through the Platform, you authorise us to share your information with the lender(s) you select for the purpose of processing your application. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved, or that any particular rate, amount or term will be offered. Your relationship in respect of any loan is directly with the lender, and is governed by the lender's own terms and agreements.

6. Fees

Comparing and applying through RupeeMaster is free for you. Lenders may charge processing fees, interest and other charges on the products you choose; these are disclosed by the lender and, where shown on the Platform, are indicative. We may receive a commission or fee from lenders for referrals, which does not increase the cost to you.

7. Accuracy of information and consent to credit checks

You authorise us and our partner lenders and credit bureaus to collect, verify and use the information you provide, including obtaining your credit information, for the purpose of assessing and processing your application. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you submit.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including the RupeeMaster name, logo, text, graphics, design and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to: (a) provide false or misleading information; (b) use the Platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems; (d) interfere with the operation or security of the Platform; or (e) use any automated means to access or scrape the Platform without our permission.

10. Third-party services

The Platform may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites and services, including lenders. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services or practices of those third parties. Your dealings with them are solely between you and the third party.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform and all information on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rates, offers and figures shown are illustrative and may differ from the final terms offered by a lender. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RupeeMaster and its directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Platform, your dealings with any lender, or any lending decision. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RupeeMaster and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at [City, e.g. Pune, Maharashtra] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
